• a knowledge and 5 years experience in the Shared Service Industry (HR and/or Finance area) in the field of transition & transformation or service migration • good experience in operation management, customer service & process management • experience in business analysis or change management ( Business case development ) • experience in working with global team • good communication skills • good solutioning capabilities in business services or process migration • adequate skills in finance , procurement , HR etc. • integrity, flexibility and good collaboration • good team building and team management capability • capabilities in defining improvement opportunity • leading, coaching and presentation skills
– shape business cases to create solutions for moving capabilities or services to GBO or GBO strategic partner as applicable – collaborate closely with migration teams to move capabilities or services to GBO as per defined solution – implement and continuously develop a rigorous framework for evaluating service capabilities and risk profiles before new or changed services are deployed – apply Service Transition principles and mentor staff across the program to continually improve the Service Transition capability
