• Strong experience in people related topics; • Store experience and Customer Support knowledge are preferred; • Good experience in communication of complex topics for the wide audience; • Experience in leading and influencing teams and managers • Experience from managing change in a complex business environment; • Proven ability to be pro-active, take initiative, prioritize and delegate; • Strong ability to set goals, follow-through, deliver and follow up; • Strong commitment to delivering to promise; • Good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Coordinate the activities required to ensure that implementation phase are finalized according to agreed timing; • Coordinate the activities required to integrate remote tasks; • Organize and facilitate meetings required to fulfil the desired outcome of the work package, and follow up on the project plan; • Support Project manager with tracking and managing dependencies and interfaces within the project and with other transformation activities; • Deliver detailed and timely analyses on the project to the relevant stakeholders, suggesting workable and effective solutions to identified issues; • Update and share status reports with the Project manager and main stakeholders; • Identify risks, proposing effective solutions for mitigation to Project Manager; • Escalate deviations of the project plan to the Project Manager; • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Temporary contract for 8 months with the possibility of renewal.
