• You have a hotel school certificate/diploma and/or Food Science Degree
• You have the HACCP certificate
• You have a penchant for customer service
• You have the ability to work in a team
• You have great motivation and the customer always in focus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure safety at all times (compared to HACCP and FIFO)
• Work efficiently and ensure the proper performance of tasks following the daily operating routines
• Focus on customers, actively interacting with them to make them feel welcome and work based on their questions and feedback
• Keep your area of responsibility clean, tidy, attractive and inviting, ensuring that products are always in perfect condition and properly priced
• Work efficiently and ensure the proper performance of tasks following the daily operating routines
• Look at your department through the eyes of our customers and establish a daily dialogue with them to get constant feedback on their experiences and to learn more about their needs and desires.
• Suggest new ideas to your manager to constantly improve the meeting with our guests
• You will collaborate with the Commercial Responsible (Learning and Monitoring KPI'S) and the Kitchen Production Responsible (Operational Istruction, Waste Watcher, Inventory).
