As HR Manager of the IKEA headquarter in Austria you will be one of the faces representing People & Culture – as we call the department at IKEA. You need leadership skills and will be managing succession planning, talent and competence development in this unit with about 280 co-workers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
To drive People & Culture tactical and operational approach for our Service Office you do the following:
• You are a Business Partner to senior leaders in the Service Office (SO), responsible for execution of all People activities for co-workers in the SO. • You ensure the People strategy, global guidelines and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local People action plan that is operationally implemented. • You are responsible for working with Recruitment & Sourcing function in identifying and driving the opportunities to develop the relevant offer of IKEA as a local employer. • You are responsible for ensuring a qualitative and up-to-date succession plan by making use of global tools and processes for succession planning. • Together with Business Navigation you deliver a local staff cost budget which secures a diverse, appropriate staff structure and meets the defined business and productivity goals in the unit. • You are responsible for implementing a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers and ensures that all areas uphold local policies, procedures and laws in close cooperation with Co-worker Relations Manager.

The Service Office – this is the name of IKEA's national headquarters – supports all units in a market. In Austria it ranges from the eight IKEA Markets to the two Distribution Centres to our Customer Support Centre. The SO offers exciting jobs in the retail business from Commercial (Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Home Furnishing Design, IKEA Food), Customer Fulfilment and Digital to Business Development, Communication, Finance, and People & Culture. For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 5.000 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
